The Miro rejection this morning is the fourth closure in four days to arrive at designbysuren rather than here, following Instacart Aug 14 and two Accenture passes Aug 15. Miro at least had a Greenhouse receipt logged Aug 13, so the board saw the application before it saw the rejection, which is the first time that has happened with this stream. Everything else is the same: Warner Bros. It is a design systems role in everything but the title: own the creative vision of the design system, drive delivery of components and patterns, architect resilient token architectures, define and maintain the contribution model, run office hours and training for adoption, and guide how AI is integrated into design workflows. That is the Index Design System practice restated almost line for line. Iselin is about fifteen minutes from Edison and TIAA has already hired ten people out of Dow Jones. NOWAlphaSense: Three days old now and still the strongest domain match on the board. Senior/Staff Product Designer, New York on site, $160k to $260k, plus a second New York requisition, Director, Product Design, AI Experience, so one tailored letter covers two shots. AlphaSense is an AI native market intelligence platform running on equity research, filings, transcripts and news, which is the Factiva problem under a different name, and LinkedIn shows four hires already made out of Dow Jones. The VP of Design is Diana Mounter, who built Primer at GitHub, so lead with the Index Design System. Cover letter is written. Second only to TIAA today, since Instacart is now closed.

This weekTCGplayer (eBay): New strong suggestion and unusually early. UX Principal, Design Systems, fully remote, $127.6k to $214.7k plus bonus and RSUs, posted sixteen hours ago with only 29 clicks. Token architecture, component libraries, governance, contribution models, Figma to code parity and AI assisted design to code are all written into the requirements. Confirm one thing before you invest the time: the posting says remote roles are not eligible for US visa sponsorship. Cover letter is written.

This weekAgentic Factory (via Jobgether): Rotated off the suggestions list today. Associate Director, UI/UX Architect, Agentic Factory, remote US, $160k to $210k. Agentic AI interaction patterns, design systems for copilots and human in the loop workflows, and confidence and citation displays, all under a UX architect title. It was three applicants and hours old when it landed on this board four days ago, which was the whole reason it ranked, and that advantage decays fast. The req wants production level React, TypeScript and component driven front end architecture, not prototype level, so be straight about your coding depth in the first conversation. Finish it today: tell Gobinath at Lorven, Karthik at Smartfolks and the fourth recruiter that you are already represented, because four submissions on one req is how candidates get disqualified.
